"I got spa robe, thinking it was 100% cotton. Turns out, it was polyester blend. The 100% cotton was under Velour robe, and I always thought word Velour referred to acrylic / polyester blend. The seller agreed kindly to exchange it, which I greatly appreciate. FYI: the 100% cotton robe is the most amazing and highest quality bathrobe I have ever seen. I saw it at a hotel in NYC, where I stayed few months ago. I am not sure how many stars I should give, the exchange is still in progress."
